Łukasz Rudnicki was born on the 4th February, 1973 in Warsaw.
In 1993, he began the studies at the Warsaw Academy of Fine Arts. He attended classes at the atelier of:
Professor Wiesław Kruczkowski - painting,
Professor Marek Sapetto -drawing.
Since 1996 until 1998, as a student, he was acting assistant at the atelier of Professor Ryszard Sekuła at the Academy. In 1998, upon graduating he officially took the position of the assistant at the above mentioned atelier.
In 2007, he was awarded PhD in Fine Arts. He became Assitant Professor in 2008.
In 1997, Rudnicki was granted a scholarship of the Minister of Culture and Arts.
In 1998, he graduated the Academy and was awarded for a series of paintings and drawings prepared under direction of Professor Zbigniew Gostomski and for the annexe in the field of graphic arts prepared under direction of Professor Rafał Strent.
In 1998, he was granted an award of NSZZ „Solidarnosc” for the best diploma at the Department of Painting.
