Born in 1935 in Złotniki Kujawskie, he passed the State Lyceum of Arts in Bydgoszcz graduating from it in 1956. Co-founder of art and poetry group “REDA” and art “Grupa Kołobrzeg”. Member of the Union of Polish Artists and Designers. From 1970 to 1983 President of its Koszalin-Słupsk region. In 1990 he was awarded title of honour President of Koszalin region.
Cebula since 1956 has lived and worked in Kołobrzeg and Ustka.
He presented his works at 67 exhibitions both in Poland and abroad.His paintings are present in the following museums and galleries:
